The tactile quality and the permanence of mosaics are what drew me to this
ancient medium after years of experimenting with other art forms.  
Discovering, touching and arranging diverse materials intrigues me and the
process of creating mosaics challenges me mentally and spiritually, taking
me on an inner journey unlike any other.  I am happiest when my hands, head
and heart are collaborating to create a mosaic.
